Yuliana Fartachuk '25

Abington, PA

Hey! I am Yuliana (she/her), a psychology major and a cognitive neuroscience minor. I am from Abington, PA, but I moved here from Ukraine. I try to visit every chance I get so you can ask me about any of the crazy stories my roommate has the pleasure of hearing about. When I first came to Temple I decided to keep my passion for music going without majoring in the field, and joined the campus community orchestra- Owlchestra. Speaking of music, one thing I learned about myself during finals week is that I will buy concert tickets instead of studying. (A perk of going to school in Philly is all the great venues!) I also work as a research assistant in the Mood and Cognition Lab which researches depression and bipolar disorder. I love reading and exploring all the coffee shops of Philadelphia. I love being a part of the honors program because it is a warm community of people who are always looking for new experiences and opportunities. I am looking forward to studying abroad and doing my own research. If you ever want to talk about psychology, the honors program, the environment, Temple, or life in general, email me!
