Hunter Gonzalez '25

Morrisville, PA

Hello everyone! My name is Hunter (He/Him) and I am a freshman biology major from Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Being at Temple has been a great experience, and it has given me the opportunity to explore new interests and to expand upon existing passions. I have become very involved with Temple through by becoming the Community Council President for the 1300 residence hall, and doing campus tours as an Owl Ambassador. These leadership positions have had a major impact on my experience at Temple, and my overall appreciation for everything that happens at the university. I also love to sing and play the guitar, bass, and piano. I am involved with the Singing Owls Community Choir, and I have been able to learn from an amazing professional choir director, as well as perform with a very diverse group of students and community members of all different skill levels. I really enjoy going to the Temple Performing Arts Center, and watching all the different music ensembles displaying all the great talent that Temple has cultivated. Being a part of the Honors program has given me a major advantage in my college career through accessibility to amazing honors advisors, smaller classes, and priority registration for classes. Overall, my Temple experience has been amazing and I cannot wait for you to see all the wonderful things that Temple has to offer! Please reach out if you would like to talk about biology, Temple honors, or music!
