Bridget O'Hara '19

Oreland, PA

Hi, I’m Bridget! I am from Oreland, Pennsylvania, a suburb right outside of Philadelphia. I am a Media Studies and Production major with a concentration in International Communications and a minor in Anthropology. I am very involved with the comedy scene at Temple and in Philadelphia; on campus, I am a student leader of Temple’s Improvisation Club, a member of TUTV’s sketch comedy show Temple SMASH, and the co-host of TUTV’s late night show Temple Tonight. Aside from that, I am a photographer for the Temple News, a member of the Honors Admissions and Transitions Team (HATT), an Honors Freshman Seminar Peer Mentor, and a member of Honors Appalachia. The Honors Program at Temple has given me countless opportunities on and off-campus, and I am grateful for the home that I have found within the community. I am also thankful for Temple’s location in the city, which makes it easy to hop on the subway and head to the Philly Improv Theater (PHIT) or the Philadelphia Rock Gym. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about Temple, the Honors Program, or the Philly comedy scene!
